Baby Beckam

                              

            

Baby Beckam Scott Davis was born Sept. 11th! He came 2 weeks early, THANK GOODNESS! We were getting ready for church and I started having contractions every 2 minutes consistently for about an hour and a half. At that point they hurt pretty bad and I couldn't sit or really stand! So I told todd to run kids to Grandma Lawsons and I hurried and packed a bag and we were off! When I got there they hooked me up to see my contractions and they were still at it every 2 min. They checked me and I was dialated to a 6! They called the Doctor to come and after he broke my water and I had him about a half hour later! It was a perfect day and such a relief that it was all done and Beckam was healthy! That night the nurse came in and said he wasn't moving his right arm and thought he had a broken shoulder. They took him away and took an x-ray and she was right. I cried, I felt so bad, but we just have to be careful not to press on his shoulder and it should heal just fine. He has been so much fun and the kids love him. Daxton loves him a bit too much and Haylie is like a little mom always telling him to be careful.  For some reason this was a hard pregnancy for me and I am so thankful to have him out and healthy! I am feeling so blessed with 3 beautiful, healthy kids!!  These pics are all in the first few days. He already looks huge now compared to them.

Today is my Daxtons birthday! I can't believe he is 3! He is so fun and has really found his personality in the last year. He loves to sing and dance crazy. He loves the new baby Beckam a little too much but he is such a good little helper. He learns so much each day. He seem huge now that I had Beckam. He knows all his colors and shapes and we are working on his letters. I love having little conversations with him. He has the biggest expressions! We had a big party with his cousins. He loved it!

Haylie is five!!

Ok so I thought I better catch up because Haylie turned 5 a month ago!! I can't believe my little girl is 5!! She is such a fun and hilarious little girl. She's got a mind of her own. I love her random thoughts she gives and how she is not afraid what anybody thinks of her. She is just her! She already has so many friends she plays with. She is a loving big sister and such a sweet daughter, but yet very stubborn at times. She loves tlearn. She is reading little books already and is so smart!! She loves to sing and dance. She puts shows on for me and sing her little heart out.

Daxtons TWO!!

I can't believe my little Daxton is already 2!! Here are some things for him to remember.
You are such a fun cute boy with the cutest little smile ever!! You are in love with me and won't let me leave your sight. You won't even go to nursery at church!! You have a few select people you will let watch you. I'm hoping you will grow out of that soon. You loooove you your sister Haylie. You cry her name every time we drop her off at preschool because you miss her so much. You love to say hi to anyone in sight and you are talking a ton!! You say please and thankyou all the time and you dance everytime music is on just like your mama!! You love to play with your cars and balls along with Haylies barbies and babies! We're working on discipline because you seem to think you either hit or throw everything but you also are my little cuddlebug. You will snuggle with me at any time of the day! You don't let Dad leave to work without giving you hugs and kisses and you love to shut the door behind him before Haylie gets a chance to do it first. You have a cute little personality and it's not hard to make you smile. I just took you to your 2 year appt. and when we got to there you didn't want to go in. You kepts saying "Doctor, SCARY"! You must remember your 18 mo. shots! You are 43% in your height and 11% on weight. The doctor said your very muscular like your daddy. I am very surprised because you are a bottomless pit!! You eat and eat and eat anything and everything!! Your growing and learning so much each day and I feel so lucky to have you in our little family!!

My husband ran his first full marathon today. I am so proud of him. I've always admired people that can run a full marathon because it shows how physically and mentally strong they are. It's amazing how strong the mind is. Your body really shouldn't be able to run 26.2 miles but your mind pushes you through it. I realized how mental running is when I ran the half so I can't imagine running a full. Someday when I have the time to train I think it would be a great experience and accomplishment. I loved watching all the runners come in and seeing them accomplish something so hard. A lot of them would have tears of joy that they finished. When Todd crossed the finish line I ran over and gave him hug and he was one of those with tears in his eyes. I am so glad I got to share that moment with him. I love you honey!! You inspire me and motivate me every day!
